Come and see these beautifully intelligent ponies with great temperaments.

Welsh ponies are one of the world’s most versatile ponies. They are excelling in all facets of the equestrian scene in all parts of the world. The Welsh Mountain pony needs little introduction. Most of our top Lead rein ponies are Section A or (Welsh Mountain) ponies section a must not exceed (121.9cm) 12hh.

In New Zealand they are used extensively in the show ring, 1st Ridden and Harness. Here is a discipline that is well worth spending come time at the Horse of the Year watching with beautifully turned out ponies and handlers. The people involved in these classes are from the very young to the adults.

These attractive ponies are presented as chestnuts, palominos, dark bays, greys, liver chestnuts and black. You will always find the breeders and competitors happy to talk about their ponies and breed or for further information have a look at our Website www.welshponyandcob.co.nz.

We shall be having Turnout for Pony and Handler for Purebred and Partbred In-hand classes for Purebred and Partbred for Young and Adult Stock

Supreme Champion Partbred Welsh Exhibit – No a Title Class

Welsh Pony of the Year – Title Class Open to all Purebred welsh Ponies

Ridden Class for Welsh Ponies only. A.B.C&D and Partbreds.
