Arab competitors please note the following email from Jacquie Webby received on 8th January 2009

Members of the NZAHBS Board have had a discussion today via email regarding Arabian classes at the HOY 2009 and we have decided that we cannot justify the involvement this year primarily due to lack of resources/human input etc.
This decision has been reached after a lot of discussion and with regret - however we are prepared to keep the item on the table and look at it again in future times.
