The NZ Horse of the Year Show is thrilled to welcome the sport of Endurance to the 2004 Horse of the Year. NZ's top Endurance combinations will compete over a course yet to be designed but will be in excess of 100 km. The course will start from the premier Arena on friday morning and finish under lights in the Premier Arena during the Hawkes Bay Today Equestrian Extravaganza on Friday Evening.
The big screen in the Premier Arena will show updates during the day of the progress of the leading combinations.
This event will hopefully be part of the International component of the show with interest shown bY leading competitors from the United Arab Emirates to compete.
