All scratchings must be submitted on the scratching form available on the website www.hoy.co.nz under entry forms. Please note that all scratchings will incur an administration fee of 25% of your entry fees. A refund will be issued after the show.
For all class changes a scratching form must be used to withdraw from the class you are scratching from. You will be charged an administration fee of 25% of your entry fee. You will then be required to fill in the Kelt Capital Horse of the Year Entry form. Please circle the bottom left hand corner where it shows "additional entry". Full entry fees must accompany this entry. Late entry fees will be charged on any additional entries after closing date.
