The New Zealand Tri- Nations Team leaves on Tuesday, 2nd October, for South Africa, to defend the beautiful Tri-Nations Trophy that they won last year. They will compete against Australia and South Africa.

This year there is also a Dressage representative team.

The Kelt Capital Horse of the Year is pleased that the Tri-Nations has continued to grow in stature and size. The team consists of:-
Dressage Jody Hartstone, Waikato and Jenny Scotter, Canterbury.
Showjumping Simon Wilson and Oliver Edgecombe, Hawkes Bay; Robert Steele, Taranaki and Lisa Coupe, Auckland.

The manager is Helen Ensor from Marlborough. Also travelling with the team will be Jan Bird, who has been invited as an International Dressage Judge.

The Tri-Nations competition will be held on Thursday, 4th; Friday 5th and Saturday 6th October.

We wish the team the best of luck and hope that the Tri-Nations trophy will be on its way back to New Zealand on Sunday Week.
